Dianne is a single parent. She restructured her family over two years ago. She has teenagers aged 16 and 14. Dianne grew up in a single parent family. Her parents were one of the first in 1976 to get a divorce with the change of legislation at the time. They were then viewed as a "broken" family and she lived her worst fear when she faced divorce after over 20 years with her children's father. It turns out that while it has it's challenges, it has been more harmonious than when they all lived under the one roof.
