It’s 2024 and you know what that means, OLYMPIC YEAR!

To kick off this Olympic Year we brought on a very special guest for this week’s episode: Kyle Stolk, a retired Team Netherlands Olympic Swimmer. One of the reasons Leah and I started this blog/podcast project was to share our experiences after retiring collegiate swimming.
