I’m always shocked to learn that people haven’t heard of or don’t know what a VBAC is- Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, and we feel it is definitely valuable information to spread. VBACs are real and they are possible. Obviously you need to check with your provider and do it in a safe and informed way, but it is (in our opinion) worth considering for all our lovely c-section mamas!
