Liz shares her VBA2C story with us today! And she is just the sweetest, you’ll be able to tell that from this episode! I’m always shocked to learn that people haven’t heard of or don’t know what a VBAC is- Vaginal Birth After Cesarean, and we feel it is definitely valuable information to spread. VBACs are real and they are possible. Obviously you need to check with your provider and do it in a safe and informed way, but it is (in our opinion) worth considering for all our lovely c-section mamas! I had an impromptu maternity leave! Baby Bennie joined us earlier than we expected and I wasn't able to set up my pre-recorded episodes like I had planned!
