Every person's journey through the grief of losing a loved one to suicide is unique, but it doesn't have to be lonely. In 2009 Michael Puldy's first wife ended her life. Michael talks about how he used his life experience with mental health challenges in his family to support his three sons and make his way through life after loss, the frustration of not being able to find people who had gone through similar experiences, and how he now helps others who have lost loved ones to suicide through their own journeys.
