As you know I don't intend to waste time: "BEing" is an art, that we can't be taught, but rather experience. It will create shifts in how safe and how well you are able to trust and become present. Mindfulness is the practice of being present with self- "BEing" is the joy of experiencing your oneness. Revel in it, fall into it. And be sure to INCLUDE all the parts of you, especially the parts that are vulnerable & insecure. Creating and holding space is crucial to implore levels of safety on all fronts: Mentally, Emotionally, Vibrationally & Physically. Our cells literally react to our internal and external environments: how you feel affects its operations, and this will lead to manifestations on a physical level.
