Empaths, I bloody see you! I know it's hard, I know it's a fight sometimes but I got you. You need to understand your powers and how to harness them, do studying, reflections, journaling, shadow work, energy healing, the lot! It's important you understand how energies work and utilise your vibrational frequency to align completely with how to protect and honour your abilities, trust me....I know how dangerous this can get without proper guidance.

I know I can't go into as much detail as I'd like here, I promise to one day do a course, or live workshop on this as I think it's extremely needed and beneficial, but in the meantime, I hope this can set an awareness that you can explore further yourselves.
