In times of great change, a lot of letting go takes place. It’s a kind of death before the rebirth. The winter before the spring. And though letting go in essence is simple, it’s not always easy.
Letting go takes great courage. It takes the willingness to be able to loosen the grip on our identity, on the reality we once knew, sometimes, our very idea of existence itself.
So, letting go requires gentleness, patience, kindness and a softness. Sometimes even, a sense of humour.
There is no doubt that we are both collectively and individually being asked to let go. So how can we do it with grace? With courage? And with resilience…
