The free project is aimed to help women heal from trauma/abuse cycles, improve mental health and build confidence and self esteem. We will be using a combination of psychological and spiritual tools and practices to create a more empowered and holistic lifestyle for women finding themselves stuck in unhealthy patterns and not knowing how to break the cycle and move forward. We will be covering areas from inner child healing, understanding the impact of trauma on the mind, body, spirit, improving relationship with self and others, belief systems and so much more!
