Overview:

With the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic still in effect, we’re finding that more and more of us are having a difficult time keeping up and making sure that our mental health is healthy and in check. I know I’ve personally had my struggles-- I talked about it in one of my previous episodes and even shared with you all how I cope.

For this episode though, I’ve invited Ryanne Gatti and Lauren Factor, two young and upcoming therapists that have just launched a podcast called Dope Sh*t my Therapist Says, where they talk about health, wellness, and lifestyle. For my podcast though, they’ll be covering the importance of boundaries, toxic positivity, and how different dynamics growing up can affect us in our adult life.
