Sierra is back from surgery, minus a lime and plus a partner! She gives an update on her health and relationships and introduces Toucan! Sierra shares the sad tale of Taio Cruz's short lived stint of TikTok. Who we're stuck on this week is DEANNA GIULIETTI - a performer, actor, hype woman, and former hopeful Bachelor contestant She regales us with tales from her time performing on cruise ships (including how folks get away with cheating and why being a performer is the best job), why she left NYC and got on TikTok and her quest to get on the Bachelor. Deanna also shares why she was  inspired to raise a staggering $38k for #MeToo movement before reminding us all to register to vote!

Marlees is squashing societal standards that make woman de facto project managers and Mariella helps Sierra realized she needs to squash her feelings of inadequacy.
