Welcome to 2024 and Season 2 of Online Business Like A Boss!In this episode, I am sharing how I review my business at the end of the year.  In the general chaos of running a business and juggling our everyday responsibilities, it can be easy to overlook our accomplishments and fail to realise how much progress we have made over the year. In this season of celebration, let's celebrate all we have achieved throughout 2023. My year end review process includes: Reviewing and celebrating accomplishments throughout the year.Examining what goals and plans were not realised over the year and asking myself why I didn't accomplish them. What can be learned and what can you do better in the coming year?Review the data and KPIs from the year. What does this data teach you about your business and audience. Are there any gaps in your product offers where your audience are underserved? How can you apply what you learned from reviewing your data to your business strategy for the coming year. Have fun with this process and allow yourself to really celebrate the year just passed and embrace the New Year with joy and hopefulness.
