Ep 45: Building Your Money Confidence with Lesley Thomas

In this week’s episode, I am joined by Lesley Thomas, Money and Mindset Coach and Founder of the Money Confidence Academy and two educational portals for children and families, Money@Home™ and Money@School™.

Lesley and I discuss the importance of financial education in schools. Incredibly, there is still little to no practical financial education provided to children and teenagers in school. As a mother to teenage daughters, I am all too aware of the importance of bringing this financial education to the forefront. We discuss how to speak to children about money and create a more empowering belief system about money and their finances.

Next, we discuss the challenges adults may be facing with their own financial beliefs how this shows up in the way we teach our children about money and the way we show up in our business.
