In this week’s episode, I am joined by Confidence Expert, Claire Barlett, discussing how to show up fearlessly in your marketing to build trust and authority in with your audience. So many entrepreneurs struggle with being visible in the early stages of their business. Sometimes this looks like not wanting to put their face on their socials or hating the way they look and sound in video, or having a terror of going live.

Claire gives some tactical advice and small steps you can start taking today to grow your confidence in video and to start getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. She addresses common fears and hang-ups about visibility and offers strategies to overcome them, such as creating a pick-me-up pack and using power poses. She also provides guidance for introverts and shares methods to build confidence, including affirmations, meditation, and breaking down goals into manageable steps.
