On today's episode of the Happiness Safari Podcast, we're discussing the power of Hormonal Balance with Bruna Milanez. Bruna is a Head of Design at a healthcare communication agency in London. She is currently undertaking a health coaching course focused on women's health and hormones at The College of Functional Wellness in London. She combines her skills as a graphic designer and her knowledge in healthcare to educate women on hormonal balance and how to work with diet and in sync with their cycles to achieve optimal health and eliminate symptoms like painful periods, infertility, PMS, Endometriosis and PCOS, mood swings (the list is long…). Bruna shares her journey of finding balance and managing her symptoms of Endometriosis through natural methods, including diet and hormone balancing. She will also tell us about a fascinating PFC diet and how it can change your hormones and life quality. We will also discuss the sensitive topic of what effects taking birth control can have on you and why doctors don't tell us.
