Daniel Strauss is BJJ Blackbelt, World Class No Gi competitor and Grip/Strength innovator.

He is the Author of Grip Training for Grappling and a regular Commentator for Polaris, Cage Warriors and Enyo. He has competed at ADCC, Polaris and Quintet.

Dan is a seasoned Podcaster and Podcast guest so I tried to hit him with a few slightly leftfield questions. As a deep thinker, scholar and student of all things grappling, training, ancient combat sports and human psychology, Dan took everything in his impressive stride.
