What I’ve learnt is it is always working - but we can’t always see it as we have our fear lenses on and they are blocking us from seeing the bigger picture.

Fear causes us to doubt ourselves and to see people, situations and outcomes with a "poor me" lens.

We focus on the evidence to match the fear.

But when you take the glasses off you actually see you were surrounded by supportive evidence all along - you were just blind to it..
