This week we go back in time with former Richmond and Brisbane ball-winner Craig Lambert.
Craig, a Dandenong football product, made his VFL debut with Richmond in 1988. The left-footer and elite handballer spent six seasons at Punt Road, playing 123 games before a move up north. In 1994, Craig made his way to the Brisbane Bears and was also an inaugural member of the Brisbane Lions squad, playing a further 96 games.
In this episode, Craig talks about his early years at the Tigers, winning a Jack Dyer medal, lining-up against the game’s best midfielders, his move to Brisbane and being a part of the Brisbane Lions coaching panel during the clubs superior reign during 2001 and 2003.
A great listen with the seventy-second member of 'The 90's Club Footy Podcast'.
