Jake Humphrey and Professor Damian Hughes host The High Performance Podcast. Humphrey has hosted on English TV since 2005. He has reported on the Formula 1 Grand Prix and the Cricket World Cup with BBC Sport. He has also hosted Premier League and Champions League football with BT Sport. Humphrey also started The Whisper Group, an award-winning production company.

Hughes is a best-selling author and psychology consultant for many organizations. He has written books such as High Performance and How to Change Absolutely Anything. Hughes travels all over the world for speaking engagements. He has worked with high-profile entrepreneurs and athletes like Tiger Woods, Muhammad Ali, and Sir Richard Branson. Manchester Metropolitan University made Hughes a Professor of Organisational Psychology and Change. He has also coached national rugby teams for England and Scotland.

The High Performance Podcast hosts are relentless in their pursuit of faster, better performance. Humphrey and Hughes could spend the show focusing on their accomplishments. Instead, they seek out a new high performer for every episode. These guests include will.i.am, Gordon Ramsay, James Patterson, and Matthew McConaughey.
