In this episode Becks catches up with Emeritus Professor David Norton; a man whom having taught and researched the ecology and conservation of Aotearoa NZ’s native biodiversity for over 35 years, David is “just plain passionate about plants.”

This week’s episode is based around UN Sustainable Development Goal 15 “Life on Land” and David highlights the work he is doing through individual farm consultancy, workshops, public speaking, industry body and independent advocacy.

As an avid mountaineer, tramper and instagrammer; David is passionate about educating and engaging an audience around biodiversity conservation and sustainable farm management.  David not only works alongside farmers but also advocates at the highest levels for our native biodiversity, so kick back and enjoy, and get ready to take, not one, but TWO practical actions on farm!
