the illusion of multitasking

Humans are not built to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Drawing a parallel with computer processors, which employ time Division multiplexing to give the illusion of multitasking, I'll be explaining that our brains can only focus on one specific task at a time.

Attempting to do otherwise results in a lack of progress and a perpetually growing to-do list.

Tackling those to-do lists... effectively

One of the challenges mentioned is the ineffectiveness of traditional to-do lists.

While they serve as reminders, they often lack a sense of urgency and time constraints.

I'll be explaining how I use methods and tools for breaking down larger tasks into smaller, manageable steps, providing a greater sense of accomplishment with every ticked-off item.
