Staff networks (also known as employee networks or employee resource groups) are super effective vehicles to support colleagues, raise awareness, impact-assess decision making and enable innovative approaches to make your organisation stronger.

For our special National Inclusion Week podcast, our host, Stephanie Hirst, is talking inclusion with three guests who have been heavily involved in staff networks and who share their experiences, challenges and advice.

Our guests are:
Claudia Carvell, Inclusion Lead for Co-op, and Chair of their Respect Network for LGBTQ+ colleagues.
Natalie Clegg, Technology Officer and Chair of Represent, Co-op’s network for disabled colleagues.
Steven Copsey, a Senior Inclusion & Diversity Consultant from Inclusive Employers, who has been involved in a number of in-house LGBT networks and is a former co-chair of the cross-industry award-winning network Link, the LGBT Insurance Network.
