Dave is a strategic business leader with over 25 years experience working across numerous industries.
Having spent the last 16 years in the hospitality sector, where he's currently Head of Finance at Marston's PLC in Wolverhampton, he's developed a people-focused passion for wellbeing and personal development.
Outside of the day job, he coaches, mentors, and advises schools and their students on career development strategies in his role as Lead Enterprise Adviser at The Black Country Careers Hub.
He's also a non-executive director at GMS Group, Warrens Hall Riding School, and Kaleidoscope Plus Group, the leading national mental health charity.
In May 2021, he published his first book ‘Fuelled, Fit and Fired Up’ which shares practical techniques that help to enhance your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
