Claire is a holistic business and mindset coach by profession and passion and a physiotherapist and movement expert by trade. After spending 15 years healing from her toxic family and environment, she has since successfully launched multiple ventures and investments. In her business coaching, she blends her expertise in body and movement to help her clients take their businesses to the next level without overwhelm and burnout.
