Somewhat belatedly we take a meander through the debacle that was the Basecamp self inflicted implosion. What do Kat and Amara think?, well, the only way to find out is to listen.
Are there wider lessons here for companies who are serious about walking the walk on diversity and inclusion? (hint, the answer is yes) and what on earth can we do as women in tech to get our voices heard and taken seriously by those in leadership who have the privilege of being able to treat "the political" as something divisive instead of something that negatively impacts our lives as women working in the tech space.
