After a successful 16 year career in the Travel Industry Emma decided to leave retail behind and has been working in the Healthcare industry for the last 13 years. During this time Emma has work across numerous Healthcare sectors including the funeral industry, dentistry and veterinary, all with a key focus on growth. Emma is now the CEO of Riverdale Healthcare.
As well as supporting the business through continued growth Emma believes in driving organisational change through embedding values which recognises that people are our biggest asset.
