She has over 10 years of experience in scaling global organizations while creating a people-first approach to blending strategy with emotional intelligence to craft an authentic employee experience. Prior to joining Modo, JaNaye served as a trusted global people leader scaling a hyper-growth organization spanning more than 30 countries. JaNaye earned an MBA with an emphasis in Management and Leadership from the University of Iowa.
