With over 22 years of Human Resources and Risk Management leadership experience, John has gained a deep appreciation for helping people and organizations succeed. He enjoys serving as Human Resources Director for Baptist Children’s Homes of NC, where his team was recipient of a national award, ranks among the top HR teams in the nation and ranks 30th on Times magazine’s list of Best Nonprofits to Work For.

Most recently, John presented at the HRO Today 2022 Employee Engagement and Retention Conference in Atlanta.
