Grace Diaz is a west coast native with a Bachelors in Communication from San Diego State University.

Since receiving her degree, she's had rich experiences working as an HR Business Partner for a billion-dollar corporation, facilitating a Learning and Development program for an International Institute in London, and in her current role at Splash, where her team is committed to fostering a safe working environment where employees feel supported and equipped to be their best selves.

Grace's colorful career journey has taught her that there is no "right or wrong way" when it comes to career pathing, and provided her with the tools and language to not only thrive, but find joy in ambiguity.

She is passionate to share this knowledge with other leaders, as she has discovered that discomfort is often the birthing place for life's greatest adventures!
