Adam is an entrepreneur, educator, learner, developmental coach, facilitator of nature-based transformation, and wilderness guide. Since his teenage years, he has been curious about the interplay of purpose, service, and human expression at work and in leadership. This curiosity has been the inspiration to explore his multifaceted career, integrating different frameworks and practices of leadership and group dynamics, as well as individual-focused philosophies and developmental pathways.

His work has taken him from the wilderness, to state prisons, to corporate board rooms, guiding, coaching, and training people in these varied places. These experiences taught him the creative potential of the human heart, mind, body, and spirit, along with the overwhelmingly common patterns of change and the need for companionship on the journey of ever-unfolding potential.
