Chiron's annual English camp is about to start, and no one is more excited than Devon's bosses, Timothy and Kaori. But there's a surprise in store for them when the campus they thought they'd completely rented out ends up being infested by cockroaches masquerading as Minerva employees.

That's how Timothy sees the people that work for Chiron's rival English teaching company, at least. But Devon - and most of the other Hotaru newbies - view them a little differently.
