Logline: After a 30-year separation, a twice-divorced woman returns to her hometown to rekindle her romance with her first love, who is newly engaged, leading to hilarious misadventures and complications as she tries to win him back.

Episode 1 Summary: Veronica, freshly divorced, impulsively flies from Seattle to her hometown in New Jersey to pursue Vinnie, her first love from 30 years ago. However, she's shocked to learn from her friend Leanne that Vinnie is now happily engaged to Maddie. Despite Leanne's warnings, Veronica is determined to break up Vinnie's engagement and admit her lingering feelings for him, leading to comedic chaos and confrontations.

Episode 2 Summary: After insulting rockstar Jon Bon Jovi at Vinnie's restaurant, Veronica goes to extreme lengths trying to get back into Jon's good graces so he'll perform at Vinnie's mother's 90th birthday party. Her misguided antics, like scaling a fence and orchestrating an awkward blind date, only create more disasters. Meanwhile, Leanne's son David struggles to reconcile with his ex Beth.

Episode 3 Summary:
Veronica and Vinnie try to help the reluctant David reconnect with his ex Beth and son Luke after abandoning them months earlier. Their peacemaking attempts, including an ill-advised Disneyland trip idea, backfire comically. Leanne makes a grand gesture by buying Beth's childhood home, and Veronica prepares to finally confess her feelings to Vinnie.

Episode 4 Summary: On the verge of declaring her love, Veronica accidentally walks in on Vinnie and his fiancée Maddie in a compromising situation. She's further devastated when Maddie and Vinnie's chef Rob reveal they're the ones running off together, cruelly betraying Vinnie. Comforting the heartbroken Vinnie leads to an intense moment where he suddenly kisses Veronica with reignited passion.

Episode 5 Summary:
Just as Veronica and Vinnie's relationship seems to be rekindling, she announces plans to leave town temporarily to help a pregnant friend, worrying Vinnie may have given up on them. Unbeknownst to Veronica, Vinnie is secretly planning an elaborate surprise wedding to finally propose. Misunderstandings threaten to derail everything until the last moment.

Episode 6 Summary: On her wedding day to Vinnie, a doubtful Veronica wrestles with the past until a heart-to-heart with April provides perspective. As Vinnie awaits his bride, doubts give way to joy during their emotional outdoor ceremony. Their vows and first dance encapsulate their enduring love's ability to overcome any obstacles. United at last, they look forward to their new shared future.
