Ally is everything you think she'll be, in so far as she's beautiful, strong and a fierce empower-er of women... However, she's also vulnerable and aware of how much she (over) works.

... Because she does work hard. Yes she has a great team of instructors, and a fab family (and dad) that support her, but The Pole Room is her business and the hard work and the risk are hers alone.

Ally's studio is amazing, and if you check out her socials, you'll find lots of content proudly shared by her students. They're (mostly) not skinny fitness fanatics; instead they're normal women who are using Ally's studio, and her classes, for both physical and mental health fitness... And it works.
