#2 Leading Remotely

Executive Coaching Uncovered

28-10-2022 • 27 mins

Since the start of COVID-19, the number of individuals working from home has increased exponentially, causing the rise of hybrid working. Leading and managing remote teams presents several challenges for organisations.

In this episode, executive coach Liz Oseland talks about whether or not hybrid working is here to stay, the most significant challenges when leading remote teams, including protecting protected time and connectivity, the importance of the Five Whys and her top tips for how to lead remotely.

We are joined by our host Sian Harrington, Co-founder and Editorial Director of The People Space and 10Eighty executive coach Liz Oseland. Leading remotely is a part of 10Eighty's Coaching Secrets series in partnership with The People Space.

Liz has worked internationally, coaching and training individuals, teams and organisations around the world. She has a breadth of experience working with clients and learners across a range of sectors from children up to Director level. Liz specialises in visual mapping techniques and works closely with clients to unlock their power to think differently.

10Eighty's Coaching App

10Eighty are proud to announce the launch of 10Eighty’s coaching app ‘Flow’ . Those seeking coaching can identify, select, and indeed book their first appointment with their selected coach using the app.

10Eighty’s new app not only provides coaches and coachees with that convenience, but the application acts as a central hub for development. Coachees have the ability to access educational courses, development materials, podcasts, discussion forums and coaching groups, all of which can be done on their mobile, tablet and desktop.
