Dylan is a finance broker that took a chance and started a local small grocers with his dad.

We spoke about the challenges of starting a brick-and-mortar grocer business without any experience, the benefits of having your dad as your business partner and the importance of supporting and connecting with locals.

Dylan also touched on how they had to pivot and innovate during covid, some of the key lessons they've learnt and what's next.

This is my first episode with a guest who runs a brick-and-mortar business, and it's so interesting to learn about the different kinds of challenges experienced by people catering to in-person customers.
