Welcome back to the Candlelit Tales Podcast, and to the first episode of our last series of 2021. In this episode we got together and talked out the plan we have in store for the Battle Rage Series. Each year for the past seven years we have always told the Táin Bó Cuailnge, or a variation of it. We have several iterations of this Irish epic recorded in previous podcasts. So this year we decided to choose lesser known characters from the Ulster Cycle, and tell their most interesting stories. These characters you might recognise from the saga, if you know it, but even if you don't, the stories stand alone and are linked by one connection: when each of these characters feels the battle rage come upon them.
