Although Kathy had been teaching yoga for over 20 years, when she turned 50, her joints were aching, her menopausal symptoms were raging, and she was not gaining any benefit from her practice any more.
After researching, exploring and retraining, she refined her method into a joint-full yoga for active men and women over 50 who want to keep on doing the sports and activities they love. It's kind of like adding WD40 to your joints! Kathy offers a unique and mindful approach to body and mind that rejuvenates the body, calms the nervous system and builds strength, mobility and resilience which are vital, especially as people grow older.
