She discusses the New Yam Festival, a cherished part of her culture and community, and lots of other important celebrations and traditions. In episode 2 of ‘Your Voice Your Story’, Letitia, a support worker based in Harrow, discusses her roots as a Black British women back to Jamaican Rastafarai parents. Letitia talks about the things she loves about being Jamaican, from playing Lovers Rock on a Sunday, to the way elders are viewed and respected.
