Catty shares her experience in humanising HR for a global workforce, that includes colleagues working in emergency situations and conflict zones.

Advocating that one of the most important things HR can do is upskill and support managers, as well as frame their work in a team-based approach, Catty describes how across an entire workforce, small changes made by every manager create a huge difference.

Sharing leadership and practical approaches to enhancing inclusion, Catty also shares her advice on how HR can access talent and support refugees, including employment and internship opportunities as well as using your HR skills to directly help respond to emergencies.
