"The interesting thing with real estate is that it's something everybody needs, whether they're renting or buying. So when you say, 'Is it a good time to buy?' Over the years, real estate and loans have always changed, but if you need to buy, it's a good time to buy. We figure out how to do it to your best ability."
Dan echoes Cheryl's sentiment, emphasizing the importance of individual circumstances. "If it's right for you, it's right for you. The market never changes enough to make a difference. So when you need to move, you need to move."
