Greeny airs for two hours each weekday. This podcast consists of separate episodes for each hour of his radio show. In 40-minute episode segments, Greenberg discusses the latest daily sports news.

Greenberg, nicknamed Greeny, is best known for his part in the sports-talk radio show Mike & Mike on ESPN. After the series ended its 18-year run, he created Get Up!, a daily morning show also on ESPN. But he soon discovered that one hour is not enough time to explore sports news. So he came up with the idea for Greeny. It is a companion program to his morning TV show. That means he has time for recaps, interviews, and analysis.

But the podcast isn't only Greeny doing the talking. The most popular people in sportscasting, sportswriting, and analysis show up. The podcast discusses the news of the day in enough detail to please every fan out there. Greenberg likes to have Dan Graziano and Rob Ninkovich on the show. He also has regular chats with Mike Tannenbaum, Ryan Clark, and Kimberley Martin. Listeners can expect detailed discussions, the latest gossip, and game predictions.
