Founder and Chief Visionary Officer, Susan Noyes and Head of Philanthropy Strategy and ESG Integration, Laura Coy of William Blair were joined by Northwestern Settlement House's recently appointed President and CEO Carole Wood. Carole comes to Northwestern Settlement House with more than two decades of experience in fundraising, non-profit management, and government relations. In the Settlement’s 129 year history, she is the organization's fourth president and first African American female at its helm.
