This powerful 6 minute meditation will help you become even more aligned with self love by using the power of self-love energy words and intentional breathing. We will be speaking and directing these energy words inward.

This exercise teaches you how to focus on remembering to breathe through the turbulent times as we redirect energy to where it's most important. "You", that's right, without YOU, none of this matters... and in the midst of the storms we tend to forget that. But when we stop and put our oxygen mask on FIRST, we begin to breathe in self-love. Everything else will align from there!
