Welcome to a moment of Zentola! Today we're going to use ZenWord and breathing to activate your energetic memory!

The ZenWord meditation is an energy reminder that helps to remind you that you already have the connection from within and that you can access and align with God, SOURCE ENERGY anytime you desire. This meditation is an intro into energy hygiene, how it works, and how to feed the vibration using the power of gratitude. Sometimes all we need is a reminder of the energy that lives inside of of us-- waiting to be awakened.

This meditational exercise can be done day or night, eyes can be opened or closed, while relaxed or drifting off to sleep---it doesn't matter. The energy is transferred just by listening and breathing.
