Jamie Laing and Sophie Habboo should be the happiest people alive. Or at least that's what people keep telling the hosts of the NearlyWeds podcast. As a couple who recently got engaged, they should be having the most joyful time of their lives. But that is not the case. The UK-based Made in Chelsea reality show costars actually found out that planning the wedding is what makes most people walk on air. But they're not floating because of joy. It's thanks to the anxiety.

Everything leading up to the proposal was passionate and bursting with love. Laing lit candles in a beautiful hotel room and wrote Habboo a letter, professing his love.
