In this Episode we hear more stories and interviews from people in Brewarrina NSW.  Brewarrina is located in the Outback of NSW between Bourke, Walgett and Lightning Ridge. Brewarrina is where the Barwon River flows through the oldest man-made structure on earth, the “Ngunnhu” (fish traps).

Luke Demery is a local Brewarrina butcher who “likes talking” and is a roo shooter after hours.  He spoke from the South Bre Butcher and explained about what it takes to be in his trade and why he likes the country. #thewave
