Artificial Intelligence and Business with Marc Ronick & Nick Nalbach - Part 2
One thing that we didn’t really dive into in our last episode is the topic of how to use these technologies in the most effective way to benefit our business. For instance, if we have real-time metrics integrated into our website, we provide our consumers with the convenience of checking our lead times in a time frame that is convenient for them. We also talked about the way that AI platforms like ChatGPT can carry the load of some of the day-to-day mundane tasks, such as writing emails or social media captions. While ChatGPT is useful in this way, it is not perfect. Marc and Nick advise you to take the material generated by ChatGPT and make it your own. Put your own words and voice into what it gives you to make sure that your message maintains your personal flair. AI also, has the ability to take business performance metrics and compile them into a comprehensive report to show you where you were successful, where growth occurred, and what is possible for the future based on historical performance.Marc and Nick are full of so much useful information on how to leverage these technologies and how they can make us more efficient in the work that we do. Artificial Intelligence and Business with Marc Ronick & Nick Nalbach - Part 1
Artificial Intelligence and its impact on how we do business is something I like to talk about any time I’m given the opportunity. With the way AI is integrating into our everyday life, it is inevitable that we start facing the different ways that it will impact our roles in our industries. When we are faced with a program that interacts and behaves as a human, taking over basic administrative tasks and conversational needs while being very accessible and providing answers and results that feel real and tangible – it opens so many doors in our personal lives and our businesses and changes the way we interact with technology.Continuously growing in popularity, AI is generating a huge following, and the ultimate reason is that it takes care of the tedious, mundane things that we often find ourselves dreading. Writing that introduction email for a job interview? Creating that budget policy? Need a recipe for chicken teriyaki? Ask an AI platform, and you’ve got an answer at your fingertips within seconds. The first part of this series is full of so much expertise and information surrounding AI platforms and the role they play in the workplace. If you’re considering incorporating an AI platform into your business to streamline your work processes, you’ll want to tune in to this episode to hear more about the ways that Marc and Nick see AI changing the future of how we do business. In this episode:[03:03] Welcome, Marc and Nick.[03:50] Marc Ronick shares his background and experience.[06:30] Nick Nalbach shares his background and experience.[08:53] Marc and Nick share their definitions of AI and what it means in everyday life.[10:47] How long has AI been used by people regularly?[12:05] Why did ChatGPT generate so much attention compared to other AI platforms?[13:34] How does AI actually work?[16:13] Why is AI growing in popularity?[18:20] What was the catalyst that caused such an interest in AI?[21:50] What is the relationship between OpenAI and ChatGPT?[22:33] Why should businesses consider taking advantage of an AI tool?[26:35] Real-life use cases for AI platforms such as ChatGPT.[27:23] How can AI automate your workflows?[28:56] A workflow automation example for the contract interiors industry.[31:44] How to train ChatGPT on your specific processes to gain more specific responses.[33:05] Thanks for joining us today! Customer Experience with The Coaches Roundtable
In this episode, I share a discussion that I had with my Coaches Roundtable. Jonathan Howard, Russell Eubanks, Loubna Zarrou, and I speak about an impactful book that solidifies principles in our industry to create a memorable customer experience.A key point for us to remember is that you don’t have to work in hospitality to create a hospitality-grade experience. The most successful businesses are those that create a memorable customer experience because providing your customers with a top-tier experience is the best marketing you can ever buy.The experience that our audience has with us impacts the future they will have with us and the future that other prospective clients will have with us. Word of mouth is the most impactful marketing for your business. To ensure that each experience is seamless, you must get your team on board with the vision of your business. Taking the time to recognize the people on your team and elevate the people who make you better is key to enhancing the impact of the team. Understanding that we owe our success to the efforts of the whole and not that of the individual requires that you nurture the internal relationships in your business.I really enjoyed this conversation, and I know you will too. It is jam-packed with information that can help you take your customer experience to the next level through the lens of hospitality. Tune in today to shift your perspective on how you are serving your customers. In this episode:[01:39] Welcome to the show![02:30] The Coaches Roundtable Book Review[04:52] The important themes we took away from Unreasonable Hospitality.[07:33] People will remember how you make them feel.[10:01] The most successful businesses create memorable experiences for their customers.[13:30] Vulnerability creates genuine connections.[18:29] Every business should have a hospitality mindset.[19:39] Your team will define your customer experience.[22:44] Elevate the people around you.[24:47] Cultivating a culture of hospitality requires ongoing attention.[26:28] What is the metric that you use to measure the experience in your business?[31:22] Hospitality is a mindset.Links & Resources:The InsiderSupport the Trend ReportUnreasonable Hospitality: The Remarkable Power of Giving People More Than They Expect by Will GuidaraConnect with:Jonathan HowardSuccess on .SocialRussell EubanksSecurity Ever AfterLoubna ZarrouLinkedInConnect with Sid:www.sidmeadows.comEmbark CCT on FacebookSid on LinkedInSid on InstagramConnect with Sid: www.sidmeadows.comEmbark CCT on FacebookSid on LinkedInSid on InstagramSid on YouTubeSid on Clubhouse - @sidmeadows The Trend Report introduction music is provided by Werq by Kevin MacLeod Link: https://incompetech.filmmusic.io/song/4616-werq License: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/

Epic Content with Brian Piper
Content is all around us, and we are consuming it nearly every second of every day. For those of us who don’t know exactly what content is, it is the concept of sharing original thoughts with a call to action to get consumers to take action in your field of expertise. Creating quality content allows you to leverage your expertise to build trust in your industry and create content to solve the problems of your consumer. Brian Piper joins me in this episode, and he emphasizes the importance of storytelling in marketing. Your owned land is the area of content that you have control over, such as your website or your blogs. Relationships, Mentors & More with Sid Meadows
So much about our growth and development within the industry hinges on the relationships that we build and the mentors that we have. I have had the opportunity to make some wonderful friends within this industry, and the journey that these relationships have provided me is one that I could have never imagined.I share in this solo episode today about some of the meaningful relationships I’ve had in my career and some of the mentorships I’ve seen impact the lives and careers of others. The Future of Showrooms with Karli Slocum of 3form
Social media and other digital marketing tools play a significant role in the commercial interiors industry. By developing a key strategy to show up for our audience with authentic content on social media, we can interact with our customers and generate engagement for our businesses. While social media can allow us to show our personality and how we can solve our customers' problems, we weren’t quite using technology to its full potential until 3form broke the ceiling with the digital showroom. Most traditional showrooms only give you the opportunity to show a very limited scope of what your business is capable of in a very controlled space. A virtual showroom provides us unlimited access to life-like, interchangeable, to-scale pieces in a beautiful environment. Karli Slocum speaks about the benefits of offering your audience the opportunity to essentially shop for themselves with access to pricing. The virtual showroom at 3form allows them to market their most recent roll-outs and the dynamic applications they can have. The freedom and flexibility that the digital showroom brings to our industry are cutting-edge and are paving the way for technology to help us level up our businesses.
