Welcome to our Monday morning podcast! We are two ex-school librarians staying in touch through the power of books.

We have decided to start our own book club with our seventh book being, ‘The Humans’ by Matt Haig. Each week we’ll be letting you know our thoughts on the book. We would love you to join in and get involved so pick this book up from your local library and read along with us!

We then chat about what we’ve been reading and our book-related news! This week we discuss:

We rate all our books: Return,Fine, Renew or Overdue. Let's hope we don’t get too many returns. This week we added the new rating of Fine – A book that you intended to return but then it stays in your bag as you keep forgetting to do it!
