Here's what we ordered: Grape & Gorgonzola Pizza with Fresh Rosemary; and White Pizza with Mozzarella, Provolone, Ricotta, & Parmesan Cheeses, Roasted Garlic, Olive Oil, & Fresh Herbs. In this episode, Kelsey details part one of the story of Christine Moody and Jeremy Moody, a horrid couple who remorselessly committed various crimes, including kidnapping and killing a registered sex offender and the man's wife, in South Carolina. Also, the hosts talk about not wanting to do paperwork, enhancing surveillance video, specific walking patterns, not destroying evidence - and they also lay in to the editor for eating an entire Dill Pickle Slim Jim. They're not sorry about it.

In this episode, your Creeps Kelsey & Matt try Annabelle's Big Hunk bar, a candy of honey nougat with peanuts. We also try Goetze's Oreo flavored caramel creams. (Our editor Britt confirmed the company is pronounced "Gets") An east coast vs west coast contest of treats, with Goetze's' being from Maryland, and Annabelle making candy in California. Afterwards, Kelsey tells a short story of Nova, a clouded leopard that went missing this year in the Dallas Zoo, and the wild events that followed. The Creeps also talk about traveling to Dallas, giving wild animals scritches, and your hosts have a nougat taffy fight. Whatever you call it, candy is delicious.

This week, the Creeps try Dave's Famous T&L Hotdogs, with several local locations. We tried the location within Meadowbrook Mall's food court, at 2399 Meadowbrook Mall Rd, Bridgeport, WV. Here's what we ordered: Hotdogs with "everything" onions and mustard & Medium spicy chili (or hotdog sauce), fresh cut fries with nacho cheese In this episode, Kelsey tells the story of Jonathan Watson who was arrested and sentenced for murder in the early 2000's, only to continue murdering once imprisoned, and the alleged details of those crimes, which occurred within the infamous Corcoran California State Prison. The Creeps also talk about hotdog topping preferences, the slaw line, death by salt, plans for two years from now, and steamed bun terrariums.

In this episode, your Creeps Matt & Kelsey try Mister Bee's Potato Chips again because those were so delicious last time, we had to! We try the other flavor in their new West Virginia themed chips, the 304 Style, and let you know what we think the flavor might be. Keep up the great work, Mister Bee! Our hosts also try an odd flight of three different varieties of Warheads themed sour sodas: in green apple, cherry, and blue raspberry. We were all super excited to experience the childhood nostalgia of bright neon colors and tart fruit tastes. We also talk about our favorite lunch counters. For our short story, Matt talks about Alberto Saavedra Lopez, a man who in 2016 allegedly stole $5,000 from where he worked, then in 2018 applied for a very different job, in the worst attempt ever to hide a crime. This is a fun one.

In this episode, hosts Kelsey and Matt talk about their time in the Fayetteville area, where they were invited as guest judges for a very special event in our state - Taste of Bridge Day, which is put on by the local Rotary club at Adventures on the Gorge's resort. Our hosts talk about all the food they got to try, how many entrees they experienced, who won, who they thought should win, as well as information about the event in general so you can plan to attend the next one! They also talk about bacon, rainy fall weather, sushi, catapults, fancy raisins, what the little gold coins are for, scripts, and they go over all the events of Bridge Day. If you've never been, you have to add it to your bucket list. Whether you enjoy the crafts and vendors, extreme sports, or a 5k run, all the events that take place all weekend for Bridge Day are spectacular. Bridge Day is a real beloved gem of West Virginia. After we go on and on about one of our favorite events, Matt goes over some of the history involved with the making of the original Exorcist (1973), and the legends surrounding the film that are still talked about fifty years later.

In this episode, your Creeps Matt & Kelsey try a West Virginia classic - Mister Bee's Potato Chips, the only chip made in our state to our knowledge. And to celebrate all things West Virginia, we try their new Pepperoni Roll flavor. We also talk a bit about our trip down to Fayetteville for Bridge Day Coverage, as all of this is leading up to our main episode about Guest Judging at the Taste of Bridge Day event. Don't miss it next week. After we try those delicious treats, Matt covers the Broomstick stabbing, a local crime from 1963. Irene Wilson, stabbed over 50 times in her home around the small village of Broomstick in Calhoun County, West Virginia. Possibly of some note, Irene would have been about the same age as the number of times she was stabbed.

This episode is going to be a bit different. Kelsey covers all the various eats and treats she experienced in her recent trip to Disney World, where she tried dishes from their EPCOT Food & Wine Festival. She also talks about trying drinks and goodies at Universal Orlando, mainly their City Walk area, and her visit to Halloween Horror Nights. She then tells us all about the bad behavior of the infamous “Florida Man”. The Creeps also brag about their spice tolerance and ability to eat cheese. Also... Crabs. Messages on crabs. In this episode we mix it up. Come with us on a journey, as the Creeps become mystery soda sommeliers. We try, against our better judgement, the 2023 Mountain Dew VooDew flavor, followed by Mystery Fanta. We also talk about old cold fridge candy horrors. Kelsey is coming for your sparkling water people. This episode flies far past its rails, and we're not sorry for that. Kelsey packed this episode with two stories, two pups, two sodas, two hosts confused by flavor. The first story involves a dog very hot on the trail, who deserves all the treats. The other dog, Ace, couldn't be colder on a trail, and is perhaps not the goodest boy, except for maybe in our hearts.

This week, the Creeps try authentic Jamaican food from the Cottage Cafe, located at 2803 White Hall Blvd, White Hall, WV (Outside of Fairmont). Open Tue-Fri Noon-8:00 PM, Sat Noon-6:00 PM. Here's what we ordered: Oxtail, red beans and rice, jerk chicken, steamed cabbage with peppers, plantains, assorted Jamaican patties, pineapple upside down cake In this episode, Matt goes into the life and death of Brian Wells. He tells the story of an elaborate collar bomb, placed around the neck of the "pizza bomber" of Erie, Pennsylvania, as well as the murderous conspirators surrounding this bizarre case. Also, the creeps are left speechless by bountiful portions of one of the most incredible meals we've ever had on the show.

The Main Creeps try Chili Sweets, Strawberry Bites, a spicy gummy strawberry. In this episode, Matt brings us yet another in our series of Dumb Criminals. He shares the story of a man shopping at a Walmart in North Carolina, who requested an odd amount of change, who swears that the bill he handed the cashier is very real. Shoutout to Kelsey's mom for the continued scouting and acquiring of fun snacks! (Britt does know what it's called, the gummies appear to be coated in Tajín, a popular type of chili lime salt used to coat fruit and other snacks.)

For our very special fiftieth main episode of the show, things got a little wild for us. We recorded live again at Bridgeport Farmers Market. Our friends at Lunchbox made a special "Main Corpse" themed item for the event, which we tried and devoured on the the show: Chipotle Pork Chimichangas covered in two delicious sauces and fresh cilantro We also tried their monte cristo & hand cut fries. Matt got another amazing smash burger. In this episode, Matt finally breaks Kelsey with the hilarious hijinks of a brazen criminal mastermind. He details a series of bank robberies that occurred in the Midwest by a masked assailant, who was discovered to be an infamous Kansas City Chiefs superfan who goes by the name Chiefsaholic. The guy goes full Point Break and the Creeps ask each other if they would too. We promise we will update y'all with new information on this legend if we get any. We were also enamoured by the tiniest of vehicles.

The Main Creeps try Zapps Chips yet again. This time they snack on their new favorite: Spicy Cajun Crawtators flavor. Then Matt gives us the murder mystery of LaRoy Gorman, a banker who was fatally shot several times outside a restaurant in the 80s in Charleston, WV. The case is, at this time, yet unsolved. The Main Creeps try Zapp's Chips again, this time in the Voodoo Heat flavor. Then Matt talks about a lady, who was in training to become a nun, who was horribly murdered during prayer in Wheeling, WV in the late 70s. This case is unsolved at time of recording. They also cover X-Men powers, lost files, our perception of population density over time, war crime escapes, and one very intriguing festival.

This week, the Main Creeps try another one of Kelsey's gas station grabs. This time, they're snacking on Cinnamon Toast Crunch "Cinnadust" coated Bugles. I guess you could call it snacking, they didn't try them very long. "Britt did end up loving them" Did our editor finish nearly the whole bag? Of course she did. We're continuing our recent relay of nerdy culture related crimes. This time, Matt covers the elaborate heist of a whole pallet of trading cards from this year's 2023 GenCon in Indianapolis, IN, which is the largest gaming tcg and ttrpg convention in North America. While this theft appeared to be planned out, no one was reported as maneuvering around laser traps. This episode, with its best intro to date, features homemade pepperoni rolls from re:Source Sanctuary and Farm of Taylor County, WV. Our food selections come from our most recent visit to the Bridgeport Farmer's Market. We also tried a handmade ricotta tomato hand tart that was given to us from This and That Bakery. Matt tells Kelsey the story of Natasha Bagley, who was arrested on several charges in a Florida Burger King establishment, when she demanded to receive their french fries for free and that (obviously) didn't happen for her nor her girlfriend. The Creeps also talk about how ubiquitous fast food fights are on the internet, and how we need to treat service workers better and be kind.

This week, the creeps try out a couple pineapple items: the Little Caesar's exclusive Pineapple flavored Pepsi, and limited edition Spicy Pineapple Jalapeño Doritos. In this episode, Kelsey talks about a group that claimed credit for the brief cyber security attack against fanfiction database website Archive of our Own, with the group allegedly using a DDoS attack against AO3's servers for ransom in July of 2023. Who was actually responsible for this has been debated as this is a very recent occurrence, and could have been carried out by a number of different groups. The Creeps also talk about savory mixed with sweet, cream soda flavor, Matt's trash palate, and what happens when you get between a nerd and their smutty quality time.

This episode's food was handmade live by our host Kelsey using fresh chicken from Novak Farms, produce from Green Thumb Botanicals including gorgeous Romney peaches, and raw honey from Howe Sweet It Is. Kelsey made peach vinegar chicken, marinated in homemade peach butter. She added tomatoes, peaches, garlic and simmered it all together with honey and spices. She paired this dish with a a cherry crumble dessert, and the freshest salad using her own pickled dill green beans, more tomatoes and peaches, and a homemade peach vinaigrette dressing. Kelsey served a side of sourdough bread from The Bread Bowl with butter and some of the leftover peach butter. We were feeling peachy. We also tried coffee and iced matcha from Groove on the Move.
