Michelin-starred chef Tommy Banks uses Seasonal ingredients, sourced from his very own family farm, to create the award winning dishes which live long in the memory.Tommy has never revealed the secrets behind his delicious creations, but now - with the help of celebrity guests - he's opening the doors to show exactly how his Seasonal menu is made. In each episode he welcomes a special guest to give him a hand on the farm or in the kitchen, we profile some Seasonal produce, give listeners tips on what they can cook and prepare at home, and we have a delicious discussion with our guests about their love of all things food.
